Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility:
Time Frame: Customers may return products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned beyond the 15-day return window.

3. Return Process:
Initiation: Customers should contact our customer service team at customercare@vedsanjeevani.com to initiate a return.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It’s recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds:
Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund within 5 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, contact our customer service team at customercare@vedsanjeevani.com.

6. Cancellations:
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if the order is not shipped. After this period, if the order has been processed or shipped, the standard return process applies.

7. International Orders:
Currently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders.

Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the customer must:

Use the product exactly as instructed on the product label, packaging, or official usage webpage.

Apply the product daily for 30 consecutive days without skipping any day.

Send a confirmation message every night on the official Ved Sanjeevani WhatsApp number +91 9921110605 after applying the product saying “I .

The message must be sent on the same day, preferably between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Ved Sanjeevani reserves the right to: Verify daily WhatsApp messages, Request additional proof such as images, videos, or remaining product quantity

Customers must retain Purchase invoice/order ID

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of completing the 30-day challenge. any Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.

Approved refunds will be processed: Within 24 hours after approval
